1. Request and cancellation
Authenticate below with your CHC Ideas DEV email and password. If two-factor authentication is active, also enter the code from your authenticator.
Requesting deletion records a deletion date seven days later. You can authenticate again and cancel it any time before that date.
2. Shared scope
The account is shared across CHC Ideas developer apps. Deletion removes the database user, closes sessions, and removes linked data from DBMaster, CodeMaster, BrowserMaster, and other associated products.
If you register again with the same email, a new user is created and you will not recover connections, plans, internal purchases, preferences, or data from the previous account.
3. Data that is deleted
The shared profile, session tokens, and each app record linked through the user identifier are deleted.
The automatic process retries a request if a technical constraint prevents the deletion from completing safely.
4. Data that may be temporarily retained
We may retain minimal purchase, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records for the required period.
Retained information is restricted to those purposes and does not maintain an active account.
5. Locally stored data
Delete projects and documents from their original location, revoke folder permissions, remove remote connections, and clear CodeMaster data in Android Settings.
6. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel BrowserMaster Pro or other Google Play subscriptions. Cancel them in Google Play to prevent future renewals.
7. Timeframe and confirmation
The account remains active during the seven-day waiting period. When it ends, the system permanently removes the user and linked data without requiring another action.
8. Later recovery
A deleted account cannot be recovered. Registering later creates a new identity without access to previous information.
